10/15/2024-Bullying Prevention – What Parents Can Do: In this training participants will learn steps to intervene in bullying behavior, how to encourage students who witness bullying to take action, the role of the school, and laws and policies.
10/16/2024-Tools that Challenge the School to Prison Pipeline: This training provides information and resources to families, youth at-risk, educators and other professionals on ways to rethink how we do discipline in efforts to keep children in the classroom and out of the juvenile system.
10/17/2024-Positive Behavior Intervention: With this training you will learn the importance of a Functional Behavioral Assessment, how to reinforce positive behavior as well as how to develop a Positive Behavior Support Plan.
10/18/2024-Understanding Section 504 and Students with Disabilities: Learn about the legal background of Section 504, the evaluation process, 504 plans and services and the procedural safeguards in place to protect individuals with disabilities.
